WELCOME
Hello! Our name is Nick and Michele DiMastrantonio. We would like to introduce ourselves and our company. Though we founded our business in 2006, I have personally been sweeping since 1983. Our philosophy is that your chimney is apart of your house. If the chimney goes, so goes the house. We take care of your chimney thus we take care of your home. We believe in honesty and ethics.
We believe in integrity and a job well done. If there is something wrong or unsafe about your chimney, we can find it and fix it. After all, we are fully certified chimney sweeps through the Chimney Safety Institute of America (Certification # 8731).
We are a very popular husband and wife team; very much in demand. I am a member of the National Chimney Sweep Guild. We also avidly follow the advice of the National Fire Protection Association and comply with the regulations of the Fire Department. It is advised to get your chimney inspected once a year, checking for deposits, building faults and deterioration that can greatly affect the safety of your home and the air circulating inside of it.
The best time to have your chimney inspected is in spring, summer, and early fall. As many customers incidentally postpone these yearly check-ups, our late fall and winter months are extremely busy and fill up quickly. Booking your appointments well in advance to the colder months is greatly advised. While we are available for emergency calls, nobody wants to be stranded with no heat in the middle of winter, identifying and fixing problems ahead of time can save you time, money, and most importantly your life. After your first inspection we are more than happy to schedule your next inspection for the following spring or summer. Please feel free to reach out and ask any questions you may have about your chimney and remember you can always call us if you need advice.
1. Is your chimney ventilating properly?
2. Does it need a little extra care?
3. Is your chimney in need of major repairs or maintenance?

How old is your house? Actually, a better question is, How old is your chimney? Most people don’t put a lot of thought into their chimneys, but they should – especially if their home was built before the 1930s, when it became mandatory for U.S. chimneys to be built with liners. Chimneys in old homes typically don’t have chimney liners, and this can be a problem.
An uncapped chimney:
• Says "come on in, make yourself at home!" to birds and animals.
• Allows rain and snow to enter your chimney, which leads to moisture damage and expensive repairs.
• Creates a fire hazard as burning embers and sparks escape through the open chimney and land on your roof or in your yard.
Why Ventis Class-A?
Ventis Class-A is a UL Listed system that sits in a class of its own.
